Shipping & Return Policy
All candles are made to order by me, so please allow me a day or two to pour and set before I ship them out.
Most order ship within 1-3 business days via Australia Post from our Adelaide Home. To save you money on shipping, I use flat rate boxes when possible.
Renee Isobelle accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package once it has been shipped.
If you're unhappy with your order, we're here to help.
We will exchange or refund , to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it.
All returns must be accompanied with a note stating the reason for return.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have he receipt or proof of purchase.
If customer notifies us by email indicating reason within 3 days of receipts of item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will process refund to your credit card . You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Renee Isobelle will allow cancellations of orders only in the event that they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel the order you have placed, you must contact customer support by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (+61406757382).
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
